1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pwiptv.net or using the PW IPTV CANADA service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
PW IPTV ("PW IPTV CANADA", "we") provides an IPTV subscription delivering live television channels and video-on-demand over the internet to devices in Canada. Features, channels and the VOD library may change over time as content and providers are updated.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payment
Subscriptions are offered as fixed-term plans (3, 6 or 12 months) at the prices shown on our pricing page, in Canadian dollars. Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer. Plans are not auto-renewing — there is no recurring charge and no long-term contract. You renew only when you choose to.
4. Activation & Delivery
Orders are verified manually and activated typically within 1–2 hours of payment. Login details are delivered by email. You must include your order number in the e-Transfer memo so we can match your payment.
5. Acceptable Use
The service is licensed to you for personal, lawful, non-commercial viewing. You agree not to: (a) share, resell or redistribute your login credentials or the service (except under an authorized reseller arrangement); (b) use the service for any unlawful purpose; or (c) attempt to circumvent, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Credential sharing that causes simultaneous-stream abuse may result in suspension.
7. Service Availability & Support
We aim for high uptime and reliable streaming via Canadian-optimized servers, and provide bilingual support 24/7 by email and WhatsApp. Occasional interruptions can occur due to maintenance, your internet connection, or upstream providers.
8. Intellectual Property
The PW IPTV name, website, branding and content are the property of PW IPTV CANADA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PW IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for interruptions caused by your internet connection or third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
10. Changes
We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date; continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a contract?
No — PW IPTV plans are fixed-term and do not auto-renew. There is no long-term contract.
Can I share my subscription?
Credentials are for personal use; sharing that causes simultaneous-stream abuse may lead to suspension. Ask support about multi-connection options.
